Sparkle and Smoke is a husband and wife owned event business which offers a single stop for coordination, planning, entertainment, and catering. With a focus on smaller weddings and events of all kinds, we strive to offer clients the freedom to choose every aspect of their event while still bringing the best that Ottawa has to offer to the table. We work with DJ’s who have over 20 years of experience, local entertainers trained by Cirque du Soleil, and we custom create mouth-watering catering menus featuring fresh local ingredients and inspired fusion flavours.
Our Philosphy
We’re so happy that you're considering Sparkle and Smoke for your wedding day or special event. You may have noticed that do things a little differently- because we only cater for small events we can have a lot more fun with our menu and what we bring to the table- so we don't offer fixed rates or fixed menus.
Everything is custom tailored to each event; this means that Sparkle and Smoke will design a custom menu just for you which you can have direct input in every step of the way. This also helps us to keep costs down, avoid food waste, and reduce our impact on the environment by only using what we need to make each meal sparkle.
A range of custom packages means that clients can tailor each service to meet their needs and budget!

We’re the Pacella’s and we’re so happy to virtually meet you.
With over a decade of experience in a variety of event spaces including diplomatic galas, music festivals, and charity events, between us we knew that one day having an events business would be in our cards.
It wasn’t until we started to plan our own wedding that we really noticed a gap in the market and thought to ourselves- “We can fill it!” and in a matter of months Sparkle and Smoke was born.
Pairing our love of food and music with our unique and elegant taste we are so pleased to offer clients in the Ottawa Area and Ottawa Valley a single-service provider to take care of every aspect of any special event or wedding.
